Stats: считать запуском каждый выход на передний план

SvxApp.onCreate вызывается один раз на процесс, поэтому при живом
фоне повторные открытия не учитывались. Теперь считаем onStart
ProcessLifecycleOwner (холодный старт и каждое открытие приложения).
